Singapore’s largest beach grill festival, Sentosa GrillFest is back. I am sure many are excited for its return.
In its 7th edition, Sentosa GrillFest 2024 is once again held on Siloso Beach, transforming a stretch of the coast into a lively culinary hotspot.
If you have not been before, the beach will be lined with grills, food stalls, and drink stations, creating an atmosphere where scents of spices and smoky flavours mix with the sea air.
This year’s festival brings several new features, including a dedicated Brew Island for craft beer enthusiasts and a Teepee Dining Experience (more on that later).
In addition to the food, the festival has a relaxed ambiance, with live music and seating along the beachfront, allowing visitors to settle in and enjoy the surroundings.

You can look forward to over 30 vendors across four zones, which include Fan Favourites, International Village, Dessert Hut, and Brew Island. Here’s more:
Fan Favourites
The Fan Favourites zone features beloved classics with fresh twists. The BBQ Corn from Ola Beach Club is well loved for its smoky, tangy spread.
Head over to Slurp Your Oysters if you like the freshest Murotsu Bay Grilled Oysters with Mango Salsa.
The Dry Aged Beef Burger from DAMN Meats SG is a must-try, with a juicy, flavour-packed patty.
For a richer taste, go for the Wagyu Beef Burger from Wildseed SG, or the Grass-fed Ribeye Steak Frites from CRAFT’B which pairs tender steak with crispy fries.
International Village
In the International Village, you’ll be impressed by the variety of food, from Mexican and Korean to Japanese and Indian.
Some of the highlights include Tacos De Carne Asada from Papi Tacos, and the Ghost Pepper Wagyu Beef Bowl from Gyushi – warning, it is quite spicy.
Korean BBQ fans will love Hanok Kimchi’s KBBQ Platter, featuring juicy Wagyu ribeye cubes, tender pork jowl, and more. The Angus Beef Brisket Mac & Cheese from Dickey’s Barbecue is also wonderfully indulgent with the cheesy goodness.
Dessert Hut (NEW)
A new addition to this year’s festival, the Dessert Hut caters to those with a sweet tooth, offering a range of both grilled and non-grilled desserts.
Look out for the Grilled Tiramisu Coned from CONED, Grilled Mochi Croffle from Sohtt SG, Giant Kurtosh from Botsi, and creamy White Rabbit ice cream.
There is even Ice Cream with Fries for the hot-cold contrast.
Brew Island (NEW)
Brew Island is a welcome addition, offering a wide range of craft beers and specially-created cocktails.
It features well-known brands like Chang Beer alongside speciality offerings from local bars.
Festivalgoers can sample brews ranging from familiar brands to more experimental flavours. The Clumzy Plumzy x Sigcoco’s Lychee Martini Slushy is a refreshing option if you need something to cool you down.
Here are five standout exclusives from Sentosa GrillFest 2024 that are worth a try:
F16: Jett Barbecue – Smoked Beef Cheek Tacos ($19 for 2 pcs)
Jett Barbecue began with Jett’s passion for authentic Texas barbecue, and his dedication shines through in every bite. This is one of the stalls I was most looking forward to.
These Smoked Beef Cheek Tacos, prepared over 8 to 12 hours in a custom-built, Texas-made smoker, are a labour of love.
The richly smoked beef cheek melts in your mouth, wrapped in a soft tortilla and topped with Tex-Mex-inspired sauces that add a bright, tangy kick.
F9: Monger – Grilled Boston Lobster ($16 for half, $25 for full)
Monger’s Grilled Boston Lobster is a treat. They serve it with two tempting flavour options: garlic butter for those who enjoy a classic, buttery richness, and umami spicy for a bolder kick.
The lobster is charred just enough to bring out its sweetness while keeping it juicy.
I say go for the garlic butter if you prefer to savour more of the lobster’s natural flavours.
F20: Smok Hous x Asap Co – Smoked Brisket ($32 for 200g)
Made with Australian Wagyu, the brisket is smoked over hickory and cherry wood for 12 hours, adding a rich, smoky depth to the succulent meat.
The brisket is then caramelised with their signature BBQ sauce, giving it a slightly sticky finish with a robust flavour that lingers on the palate.
If you’re a brisket lover, this 200g portion might be one of the most satisfying bites at the festival.
F11: NBCB – Grilled Wagyu Cheeseburger ($20.90)
An indulgent twist on the classic burger. The NCBC grilled 180g Wagyu patty is topped with melted cheddar cheese, tomato, and a house-made truffle mayo, all nestled in a soft brioche bun.
The result is a cheeseburger with deep, beefy flavours and just the right amount of truffle aroma.
Or get your hands on a NBCB ($14.90) with beef patty complete with cheddar cheese and a secret sauce.
D8: Botsi – Giant Kurtosh and Kurtosh Cone ($22 – $24 for Giant Kurtosh, $13 – $21 for Kurtosh Cone)
For a sweet ending, this traditional chimney cake has a caramelised, crispy exterior and is filled with an array of tempting options.
If you prefer something light, opt for the Kurtosh Cone with the same crunchy shell and nostalgic flavours.
Teepee Dining Experience (New Exclusive)
For a more exclusive experience, the Teepee Dining Experience offers three-course meals crafted by selected vendors like Jett BBQ, The Social Outcast, and Sohtt.
Available at $88 per person, or $100 with a Chang lager pairing for each course.

Sentosa GrillFest 2024 has made efforts to keep the event accessible and inclusive. There is ample priority seating for guests with mobility needs, ensuring the festival remains welcoming.

Washing points will be available across the event ground, and please note that glassware isn’t allowed on the beach.
